Sealing
The parts that make a detail airtight.
Butyl and EPDM sealing tapes plus profile-cut foam closures for ridges, eaves and laps.

Overview
Every roof detail that has to be airtight or watertight relies on a tape or a closure, and both are routinely substituted on site for whatever the merchant had. That substitution is where designed airtightness figures go to die.
We supply butyl sealing tape for laps and seams, EPDM tapes for air barrier junctions, and expanded foam closures cut to the exact geometry of the profile they sit under — vented at the ridge, solid at the eaves.
Cut to the exact rib geometry, not trimmed to fit on site.
Ventilated at the ridge, solid at the eaves, as the detail requires.
EPDM tapes specified for continuous air barrier junctions.
